How likely are you to recommend Dr. Phade?
I have been a patient of Dr. Phade for a couple of years now. As a medically complex person, I have spent more than my fair share of time inpatient and in ORs, but amongst all of the doctors I’ve seen, he ranks in the top two. This man has wormed me in his OR schedule unexpectedly three times, one of which he actually came to the hospital after his full day at clinic ONLY for me so I wouldn’t end up staying admitted to the hospital all weekend. Over his Christmas vacation half a world away, I had recurrent serious issues and even though he was not just out of office, but also out of the country, he was on a virtual visit call with me less than an hour after we originally contacted his nurse. A lot of doctors don’t see patients as people, only numbers. Others are good at what they do and have great bedside manner. Dr. Phade is beyond all of that. He cares about his community, peers, and most importantly his patients who are definitely still people to him. 10 stars out of 5!
