He is an excellent doctor! BUT the staff keeps changing which I don’t like. Sometimes you end up with a very responsible person and your issue is taken care of. Sometimes you need to follow up with your issue to make sure it is taken care of. An example is forwarding your lab request to the right lab on time. I guess it is difficult to find responsible, self motivated individuals! But Dr. Pirkle is still the best doctor
