How likely are you to recommend Dr. Sollazzo?
I love her but her staff recently changed. There was an amazingly friendly and kind receptionist and now there there is a rude one. Forgets to book my appointment, accuses me of claiming this before and makes it hard to ask the doctor to call me back to discuss my results.
