Patient Reviews
Sep 09, 2024
I had TED many years ago. Dr. Silkiss offered a medication that was being studied and asked if I would like to participate. She explained it well (pros and cons) and since it was 'hope' I tried the procedure. It worked wonderfully and stopped the progression. I believe it and other similar medications are now FDA-approved. She and other specialists she worked with corrected the damage to my eyes which saved my sight and corrected the cosmetic damage. Dr. Silkiss was compassionate throughout my journey and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I recommend her highly.
