Dr. Kao is friendly and professional. This is a good place to go for a colonoscopy, which is not a fun thing but an important thing. Scheduling and prep was unpleasant but very clear and well communicated. My only gripe was that the prep nurse (who was cheerful and professional) honestly did a lousy job with the IV prep. Two days later I still have bruises on my arm from the failed insertions. Extremely painful! She was complementing me on my vein structure as she 'fished around'. Yikes.Overall would definitely recommend this place for an otherwise unpleasant procedure as they are very professional and well-run. The doctor is great.
