Patient Reviews

I started the process in January and had my surgery June 22nd. I did everything I was supposed to and the process was very smooth to a degree. Any time I needed to speak with someone at the office, it’s been impossible. I’m currently 5 days post op and have some questions and his office staff absolutely refuses to answer the phone. It’s always like this. I leave several voicemails and 90% of the time I hear nothing back. They also drag the process on. It took them 6 weeks just to schedule an appointment with the psychologist, which was another 6 weeks out. I asked at every visit and she said “I’ll do that today I just haven’t had the time.” Dr. Shin is very patient, thorough, and lets me ask all my questions. If I could rate his office staff alone, I’d give them a 0. They’re made this process awful.
