Patient Reviews
Sep 13, 2021
Dr. Highhouse was competent and confident. He listened to my description, did some preliminary mobility and strength tests, then went through the x-rays with me. We discussed my condition, my treatment, and my optional follow-up if there are lingering issues. I felt no "rush" pressure and the whole thing gave me great confidence in caring for my condition. At this Bronson facility, timing was excellent, from entry in the front door on time (my part) through the check-in process, (front desk), intake to the examination room (person A), my trip to x-ray (person B), the x-ray experience (x-ray tech), and my trip back to the exam room (person B). All that happened in the 15 minute lead time ahead of my appointment time. Beautiful! Dr. Highhouse then came in at my appointment time and I was done In the 15 minutes allotted with no feeling of rushing things. Excellent experience and teamwork all around.
