How likely are you to recommend Dr. Hered?
I can only think the person who wrote the negative review must mistakenly be thinking of a different doctor. I have seen Dr. Hered several times. He has been so kind, so patient, so caring and knowledgeable that I think of him as the Mr. Rogers of the eye world. Dr. Hered was referred to me by a nationally acclaimed retina surgeon as being tops in his field. I trust him completely with my eyes and am very grateful for the care I have received.
