Dr Greenberg saw my teen following a sports related injury. He was very patient and thorough in explaining what happened and what to do going forward. The front desk staff and Dr Greenberg were very nice. But the young lady who took us from the waiting room to X-ray and then to the patient room was rude and seemed to be in a bad mood or just has an all around bad disposition. When she placed us in a room, the paper covering the table was used from a prior visit. She instantly snatched it off, pulled a fresh piece of paper down to cover the table, and left it ripped on the edges sticking out like ripped toilet paper. It was super weird. However, our experience with Dr Greenberg made up for it. My daughter was happy with what she learned about her knee and about what had happened. Upon our exit, she said I really like this doctor. And that says a lot from a 15-year-old! Despite the assistant, I would highly recommend TOA and Dr Greenberg.
