you go to the desk to check in. when ready NP comes and weighs you takes you to a room and takes blood pressure , then you wait a couple minuets and the Doctor comes to get you and takes you to the surgical room, the nurse helps you on the table and they numb you and lay out the equipment, when finished they let you sit for a minute and then the Doc walks you back out to the Desk to make your new appointment.
