i was late for my appointment some 5 years ago, due to the BUS BEING LATE! And when it dropped me@CVS, I RAN W/ MY FAKE KNEECAP TO THE DRS CLINIC And was 13 minutes late! thereby MISSING MY appointment!! and I was SOOOOO MAD!!! I VERBALLY EXPRESSED INAPROPRIATE VULAR Language to the staff, thereby getting DISCHARGED FROM THE CLINIC!!! I AM NOW WRITING TO COMPLETELY APOLOGIZE FOR ANY AND ALL WORDS SPOKEN ON THAT DAY SOME 5 OR 6 YEARS AGO, AS I TRULY RESPECT AND HONOR DR CASENAS. AND FROM THAT POINT ON I HAVEHAD FIVEPCPS! AND I HAVE NEVER FOUND A DOCTOR WITH AS GOOD OF CARING BEDSIDE MANORS AND THOROUGH EMPATHETIC RESEARCH, ACTIONS, DETERMINATION, SKILLS AND EDUCATION AS DR. CASENAS! THEREFORE, I WOULD like to request 1 more opportunity to PLEASE allow me to INSURE DR CASENAS AS MY PCP!?!PLEASE, Allow this 55 year old woman whos been DRUG FREE FOR 11 YEARS!! PLEASE GIVE ME 1 MORE CHANCE to have the BEST DOCTOR IN THE EAST COAST!!!!!!!!
