He is very knowledgeable, patient, explains things in an easy-to-understand and on-stressful manner. I feel confident that he will help me manage any condition I have. His staff is excellent - especially Cheryl who was so kind and helpful when I was late because of a train. I feel fortunate that I am able to be one of Dr. Waters' patients.
