How likely are you to recommend Dr. Valenziano?
Have been seeing Dr V for many years and happy with his service. However, as I reach retirement age and will be transitioning to Medicare, he (his office run by Optum) is going to kick me out when that time comes. Doesn't matter that I've been a customer for decades, he's going to cut me loose. Optum's business practices are going to ruin a long-term relationship. Should also add that their annual physicals are anything but a physical exam. You get blood drawn and then Dr V literally reads you the results that's it! And don't even think about sharing any physical conditions you think he needs to know about - each one requires an office visit ($$$). Bottom line: good doc, horrible business practices. Avoid New West Physicians.
