How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chain?
Love Dr. Chain! I struggled with acne for a long time and other doctors never seemed interested in listening to me or exploring options beyond what I had already tried. Dr. Chain always listens, never makes me feel rushed, and explains things thoroughly in a way that I can understand. Her office staff is always helpful, too. I ended up going on a controlled medicine that required a lot of time-sensitive coordination between me, the office, a regulatory agency, and my pharmacy. Even when there was a snafu, Dr. Chain and her staff went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me. After years of embarrassment about my skin, Dr. Chain has given me back confidence in my appearance that I thought was gone forever.
