When I was young I had a neck stain and could not drive, read, or look up and down. I saw Dr. Starkey for a second opinion. He was surprised that I was not in traction. I got a new P.T. who knew about home traction. He did an MRI which only showed normal wear and tear. This was 30 years ago and I was impressed that Dr. Starkey was typing in everything I said into his computer. Friendly and smart he deliberates as he speaks. With my new P.T. I recovered completely.
