How likely are you to recommend Dr. Chaganti?
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Dr. Chaganti. Not only did she seem very knowledgeable and smart, but she was also down-to-earth. Not all specialists have such a great bedside manner. She was also thorough and took her time with me. The only drawback for me is how extremely hard it has been for me to schedule a follow-up appointment through the clinic. I’ve been to lots of clinics at UCSF and other facilities, and I can definitely say this place has been the most challenging. Even requesting an appointment months away hasn’t been possible for me. They tell me to call back in a few weeks and the same thing when I do.
