Patient Reviews
Jul 19, 2023
I just wanted to thank Dr. Banerjee, Briana and the entire team for taking such great care of my 10-year-old with a fractured thumb. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, it was obvious that we were in great hands. The entire staff had a warmth and kindness that immediately put my son (and me!) at ease. Dr. Banerjee and his team have got loads of experience in orthopedic surgery, and it totally showed. When they examined my child's thumb, they explained everything in plain English, no fancy medical jargon. It was so easy to understand, and I really appreciated that. But what really stood out to me was the genuine care they showed. They took the time to listen to my son's concerns and fears, treating him with so much empathy and patience. It made such a difference. My child felt totally comfortable and understood throughout the whole process, and that meant the world to me.
