I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez. He has completed three successful surgeries on my hand. He always takes his time and listens attentively.I did not have a great patient experience upon check in and check out. The staff was unfriendly and dismissive. I was sitting waiting for an X-ray not knowing I needed to go to different location when a passing employee explained I needed to go to the radiology department and pointed me in the right direction. While checking out I had asked to make an appointment for another area since they only see one body part at a time. I was told to please wait “give me minute” she went on to make my follow up appointment and when she stood up she made a face to the check in person and they both laughed. I had to ask again to make the appointment as she had forgotten. The experience made me feel like there was something wrong with me. Honestly I hope not to see either of them again.
