Very old fashioned doctor, takes his times with patients and explains things thoroughly. I thank him for referring me to Dr. Hakim when my daughter needed tonsil removal, without Dr. Perminder I wouldn't have found an amazing ENT. I wish I could return to him but my insurance doesn't cover his office anymore. He was my pediatrician long time ago and I am glad he got to be my daughters as well

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
