How likely are you to recommend Dr. Musson?
I've been a patient of Dr. Musson and his wife, Teresa Musson PA-C for more than 10 yrs now. They're both great listeners, kind and helpful. I've been inpatient at Hurley and Dr. Musson actually came to see me after hours, to check on me. Teresa is well experienced in both general and Psychiatric illnesses. She also provides all my general GYN needs, so i don't have multiple appts. to try and juggle. I receive mental health services through her second office at Hurley Mental Health on Linden Rd, from a separate NP (Nurse Practioner), however the agency provides excellent services and I've heard good things from her other Psych patients and my counselor. They're NOT pill pushers.....they both follow minimally invasive care, through appropriate testing and/or referrals to specialists if needed. Staff are great, once you've broken the ice, so don't let first impression be your only impression. Yes, they often have a wait, however, it's typically no more than an hr.
