Like Dr. Yates. Knowledgeable, experienced and good bedside manner. Still waiting on surgery so will update. Still waiting because his nurse dropped the ball on passing info to audiologist after telling me "don't call us, she'll call you". Not happy I had to call after giving them benefit of doubt for 2 weeks. THat being said I will take daughter back to him.
