Patient Reviews

Dr. Quintero is very kind and compassionate. She totally understands what it is like to be obese, as she will tell you that she had a sleeve gastrectomy and has lost 100 pounds. I felt very safe in her hands in surgery, and follow-up is great. It may take a while to get in as they got behind during COVID and were unable to do surgery. The pre-op process requires numerous appointments...to see dietician, psychologist, surgeon, etc. They want to be sure you understand this will require a major lifestyle change if you want it to be successful, and that you are a good surgical candidate.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
