My longtime neurologist in NYC who I trusted and was also a wonderful human being, suddenly retired during the pandemic, so I was faced with the challenge of finding one locally. I was very fortunate to find Dr Rao. I have a difficult condition and have seen my share of doctors. Dr Rao is an experienced professional who actually listens to what you're saying. It's obvious she actually cares about the person she is in the room with, which is worth its weight in gold. She quickly got up to speed with my issues and suggested options going forward, all in a reassuring, calm, and encouraging fashion. Her medical assistant Roshen and Kristin at the front desk were top notch also - friendly, efficient and capable. I was so worried about finding a new MD - very thankful I found this office.
