From checkin, every person I saw greeted me with a smile, treated me with kind respect and was professional in every way. Dr Mencera immediately put me at ease, explained the findings and treatment options, and made sure he had answered all my questions. We drove 83 miles to be seen in this office. I would do it again tomorrow.
