Very professional appearance. Apologetic for being late. Dr. Ali allowed me to express my symptoms and answered all my questions. Dr. Ali referred me to another surgeon who is more specialized in particular procedure. I respect his candor and professionalism. I feel comfortable calling upon his office again should the need arise.
