Purpose of visit: post surgical 2nd opinion. The appointment starts with a medical assistant, then nurse practitioner and then you see the doctor. Everyone plays their role very well and keeps the appointment moving. They needed an X-ray and the machine is right there in the office so it took no time at all. It was immediately available in our patient portal for us to look at and share with the occupational therapist. The doctor answered all of our questions and was very reasonable in his approach to treatment. He explained well and leveled with us which was appreciated. He respected his colleague who did the initial surgery and supported our need for a 2nd opinion. I would recommend him.
