He did right by me... was pleasant, and accommodating. His staff over at the center where they do the colonoscopy's were terriffic; all sooooo nice and I was very apprehensive never having had one before....they were all great. Dr Lobo does seem "hurried" but hey guess the man is busy and I didn't go there for a big conversation anyway..just told me what I need to know but I had no problems.
