I broke my foot reeeeeeal good, like 13 different breaks and fractures. Dr. Kiewiet performed the surgery to add a couple of plate and several screws in to put everything back together. I am now a year out from the initial accident and about 11 months post surgery and my foot is basically good as new except some lingering minor numbness right on top of my foot between the surgical scars. I've gotten full range of movement back, can walk completely normally and have no pain which is amazing to me since I was sure I permanently hobbled myself with how bad it was. Dr. Kiewiet and his team were very good about setting up check in appointments and explaining everything throughout the progress and making sure everything was going well post surgery. If I ever break my other foot, I'd definitely be a repeat patient (but I sure hope I don't need to)
