Patient Reviews

I'm Med POA for my mother who's been a patient for 15+ years. Dr Beller's a pleasure, attentive, understanding, and listens. Problem with the majority of reviewers here is misidentifying the proper people they are complaining about. Dr Beller and her staff are top shelf people that never hesitate when approached and do their best to attend to, or acquire the proper person too attend to the issue at hand. Now the reception personal for UH of Mentor Oh that actually answer the phone or are there when you come in are horrible, ill-mannered, short, and just all around rude. The receptionist talk without fail as though they're burnt out and don't want to be there. Mundane and robotic with a Meh attitude. Sure everyone has a bad day, but every time you talk with them?!? After several years dealing with them it never changes. Make no mistake! Dr Beller and staff are wonderful! _Reception dept personal need replaced and retrained in customer service! _PAY ATTENTION UH PERSONAL DEPT!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
