Dr Perez-Cruet has moved to a new location please contact Michigan Minimally Invasive Neurosurgical Institute. 5220 Highland Road Suite 210 I cannot add the phone number in this review. He has moved on from MHSI. Dr Perez-Cruet performed my surgery in 2012 and I have been great ever since. He is an expert at Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery!
