How likely are you to recommend Dr. Nelson?
Dr Nelson has been helping me manage my healthcare for the last 5 years. She has been readily available to me through chatting on the portal whenever I had a question or concern. She is a highly sought out Dr so getting a same day appointment is very difficult but she was able to make it happen a few times or get me in within a few days. On an occasion, I would have to see one of her colleagues but she would more than likely stop in to atleast say “hi” as I was in the office. She has been pivotal in helping me through my mental health struggles and my physical ailments. She really stood out recently with an urgent matter that she came across the parking lot to check on me in an ER room and even drove to my house after hours (with my permission) to drop off some paperwork I needed from her asap but she did not want me driving to the office in my condition. I can’t think of a single ill word to say about her. She goes way above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thankful for her.
