Patient Reviews
Jan 30, 2020
My son has been with Dr. Backhaus for about 15 years now. And he has never once had an issue with her or the way she has treated him; and I mean both her bedside manner and her actual procedures. As a child, maybe 7, he had a tooth pulled, and she was so amazing, not only did he not realize he was getting novocaine shots, but also didnt even realize he lost a tooth until we got home and I showed him. :) I knew then we would be staying long term with this office. The staff is amazing and I cannot say enough good things about them! Always friendly, helpful & patient. My son is turning 20 soon and has already asked Dr. Backhaus if she can make an exception to keep him on as a patient even after he turns 21! (maybe they will see this review and change their mind, haha) Thank you to the entire office for making this mom feel like her child is in great hands, especially when he started going there all by himself. Forever grateful.
