Patient Reviews

I took my mom to Dr Tom to have her hearing evaluated. He was extremely knowledgeable, even pointing out research that links hearing loss with dementia. Beyond that, his bedside manner and communication skills were excellent. He spoke in a strong, clear voice that my mom could hear and understand, treating her with respect and explaining the medical issues in a way that was easy to grasp. He took the time to answer our questions and he even told us to contact him if we had any more questions. I should mention that his audiologist, Dr Barbara Tartaglia, was also wonderful — experienced and knowledgable with a bedside manner that put my mom at ease during the testing.
