How likely are you to recommend Dr. Staudt?
I have CRPS, complex regional pain syndrome. I’ve been turning away the idea of getting a spinal cord stimulator. Nobody seemed to know anything and would suggest it with uncertainty. I went to see Dr. Staudt and he talked to me about my options and suggested SCS. There was no uncertainty to his voice or body language. He was very confident that this would help and I immediately said yes.SCS was a complete utter failure. It caused me more pain than I was already in, new areas of pain, Sciatica and degenerative changes. I couldn’t seem to get an appointment with him until the SCS rep (who believed me) called Dr. Staudt and ta-da, I had an appointment. I explained what I was experiencing and he said that doesn’t happen. X-ray showed leads moved but removal surgery became emergency surgery when it started shocking me! Prepped for surgery, he came in all solemn like I crushed his confidence and ego. Good surgeon but ego has got to go and he needs to take my experience as educational value
