Dr. Michael Paltiel is an excellent, dedicated, and caring dermatologist! The best I have come across! He has helped me tremendously by accurately diagnosing issues that other specialists could not determine for me, and has gone above and beyond to provide me with affordable and effective treatment. If you're looking for a respectful and respectable professional that you can trust and who prioritizes his patients' care (vs. profiting out of them), do yourself a favor and see Dr. Paltiel!
