Dr. Liu assisted my family during my father's recent critical illness at St. Francis Medical Center. Dr. Liu was knowledgeable, kind, concerned, and delivered clear and distinct information to us in a difficult time. He had examined my father earlier in his stay, then on duty a week later, he came to give us immediate attention based on lab reports that he saw while on a different floor. He showed compassion, and he cared. I highly recommend Dr. Liu.
