Patient Reviews
Jun 20, 2021
I was 24 weeks pregnant, we were waiting for our Uber to the airport after vacationing in Fort Myers Beach when I began bleeding vaginally. My husband rerouted the Uber from the airport to Lee Memorial Park Hospital. After being assessed by the on-call OB, I was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Hnat called on us during my third day in the hospital and quickly assessed the complications with my pregnancy. He ordered a variety of tests to ensure he had all the pieces of the puzzle to correctly assess the complications I was facing. After thoroughly looking at all the facts, we were released from the hospital and told it was safe for us to fly home after 5 days in the hospital. I've seen the MFM doctor in our home state and followed up with my OB. Both doctors confirmed Dr. Hnat's findings. Dr. Hnat spoke to us like we were humans, his kindness and compassion will not be forgotten. Our baby is healthy and still "cooking" inside my belly :)
