I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Michael C. Bartfield, MD. He is an incredibly sweet and kind person, highly knowledgeable, and very friendly. From the moment I met him, I felt an instant connection and a sense of comfort that I never experienced with my previous OBGYN. As a new patient, I was amazed at how he addressed all my questions in detail before I even had to ask them. I am very grateful and thankful to be in such good hands. The entire staff at his office is equally kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice. Even though I live a little far, the commute is absolutely worth it for the excellent service I receive.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
