How likely are you to recommend Dr. Fudge?
She guided me out of deep depressions and acute anxiety, and prescribed effective medication. I need her now to send my jenkintown medical records for a VA - DAV evaluation process. The information is critical to the DAV VA claim I have had to make regarding my exposure to atomic bombs totally unprotected in Nevada in 1962. She should send them to my same address as when she treated me. She also helped Marina Goldman MD DFAPA treat my recurring conditions. I make my plea to Dr. Fudge from here because her present location office has been terribly unhelpful. They do not forward my requests to Dr. Fudge. I have an evaluaton coming up again on Feb. 13th and I need the records I have tried to obtain for two months. Thanks for helping me if you can. John A. McCabe former Jenkintown patient 5623
