Patient Reviews
Oct 26, 2020
Dr. Mitchell was the surgeon for my daughter’s tetralogy of fallot heart valve repair. He is very gentle compassionate man but also very honest and forthcoming. He followed up with us several times throughout our stay in the hospital post op, which I was not expecting. Our family is forever grateful and we feel so blessed to have been taken care of by him, a kind man of faith and immeasurable skill.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
