How likely are you to recommend Dr. Oo?
I have been a patient of Dr. Oo’s since my first bought with pneumonia after one month of relocating to Florida. I have COPD and have been a patient of his for 3.5 years now. I started having symptoms again and tried to contact Dr. Oo for 2 days. After 5 calls were not returned I called my pcp and made got an appointment immediately. On leaving to go to that appointment I finally got a call from Dr. Oo’s office. By the fifth phone call I was quite irate. It was only after that call that I finally got a call back from someone in his office. When I told I had an appointment with someone else she happily said “Oh good, now we don’t need see then.” Is this an appropriate response to someone who is I’ll and seeking help?Dr. Oo is fantastic, too bad his staff is going to ruin his practice.
