How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kates?
I saw Dr Kates for the first time and have nothing but good things to say. He diagnosed my issue immediately and spent close to a half hour trying different remedies. I left his office feeling slightly better, but the next day, I was 90% healed. Dr Kates is kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional and truly interested in helping his patients. It’s rare to find a Dr like that these days. I will never go to another ENT.
