How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kassnove?
Today, November 30th, 2021, I visited Dr. Kassnove for minor surgery on a toe. As always, Dr. Kassnove was superb. He was continually reassuring and unflappable. I have a needle phobia, and I always tell my doctors and dentists about that. Some doctors try to endure the (natural, inevitable) stresses caused by the patient yelling (& etc.), but it isn’t easy for them; it is CERTAINLY stressful. Today, again I experienced panic, darn it! But Dr. Kassnove was an exemplary professional throughout, never even hinting that I was a trouble or a stress. Everyone there, including Gloria, the longtime administrator, was kind and understanding. I left with such a sense of happiness at being so blest to have the awesome services of Dr. Kassnove and Dr. Houslanger. I have been treated by both doctors and have been extremely impressed with their work and the way they treat their patients! I cannot speak highly enough about these medical professionals!
