How likely are you to recommend Dr. Koenig?
Dr Koenig saved not only my 86 y.o. mother's sanity with his compassion, empathy, quick action and understanding in the middle of a crisis but that of her family/primary caretakers. It is rare that families know what to do in the middle of an emergency in which the patient refuses hospitalization. Everyone should have access to someone like Dr Koenig, at such time. In addition, Ellen proved to be a most wonderfully accurate and efficient conduit of information. She provided suport, understanding and warm, compassion to a family who was absolutely distraught and quite panicked, to the point of being incoherent. We could not be more grateful for the way my mother's circumstances were managed.
