I hadn't been able to breathe my whole life and finally got a referral to see a specialist at the age of 58. Dr. Atmakuri is my doctor now and I just had surgery 9 days ago so I'm not healed yet; however, she listened to my concerns and has the best bedside manner. You instantly feel comfortable with her. I wanted to chat a few days after my surgery amd it was no problem arranging that. I'm so lucky she was assigned to my case. Can't wait to see what this breathing is all about now.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
