Dr. Santos spends the time to discuss each test result, inform you about what they mean, potential causes, and suggests realistic goals with you. She truly cares about your health and roots for your success. She listens to your concerns and doesn’t hesitate to refer you to a doctor if there may be a related issue that needs diagnosis or checking. She isn’t interested in excuses for where you are with an issue. No need to mention those. But is interested in true reasons and encourages even a small willingness in you to change for the better. She gives you the choice as to whether or not you want to further discuss changes you can make and consequences if you don’t. She considers herself a partner in your health. If you feel your current doctor doesn’t listen, especially as a woman, I highly recommend Dr. Santos. She may seem tough at first as she is truthful. I trust her.
