Patient Reviews
Mar 19, 2019
Dr. Allen is wonderful. The office just needs better communication with patients and notifying in advance if they are behind or at least when we check in that appointments are running late. Our time is valuable and we appreciate offices being forth coming with that information and acknowledging wait times, etc. We have had multiple appointments over an hour passed the scheduled appointment. We understand when there are exceptions such as an unplanned surgery. But other reasons do not justify.
