How likely are you to recommend Dr. Brinz?
My wife Elaine was diagnosed w/3a breast cancer on 12/7/04. The tumor developed VERY rapidly, so fast, she just received her letter of “No Problems” from her hospital mammogram when we felt it. After surgery Dr. Brinz took her on as a patient. She’s one of the smartest, sweetest, caring, compassionate doctors AND listens to her patients, ….never rushed. She got us through the red devil chemo and on to radiation when Katrina hit N.O. Fortunately, Dr. Slamon’s Herceptin was just released that summer & my wife was Positive for Her2nu ….Dr. Brinz was all over it. As far as I’m concerned her (and her team’s) vigilance and medical devotion is what saved Elaine’s life. PS Trust your instincts & beware of dense breast tissue & proper testing. Elaine is doing well today & got to see her grand babies. 1/19/24
