I had a distal bicep tear. The Dr. was very clear as what the injury was, what would happen in the repair, and timeline of what to expect in recovery. Maybe didn’t ask if I had any questions and was rather matter of fact, but with his clear, concise explanations I really didn’t have any. Surgery obviously went well.. and with good PT program, have full range of motion, just will be a bit before strength back to pre-injury, just need more weight work to get there.
