Patient Reviews
Nov 14, 2019
I cannot recommend Dr. Butler highly enough. Every single aspect of the experience was excellent. The facility was beautiful, the wait was short (even though I would wait an hour to see an excellent physician if I had to). I worried before this appointment about how to communicate the things that were important to me, how to communicate my fears and concerns. If I would be listened to, or rushed out of the door. Dr. Butler was personable and put me at ease. She anticipated those things that were important to me, as well as my concerns and fears! I didn't have to bring any of those subjects up, she brought them up with me, and listened respectfully and compassionately! She explained my current situation in a way that I felt secure and armed with knowledge. She set me up with a good plan moving forward. She also showed concern for my overall health and was happy to recommend me to a specialist for another issue. That specialist called to make the appointment within 15 min!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
